The handoff

Here is exactly what you
can hand me in week one.

No ramp-up on page builders, no explaining how WordPress works. These are the tasks I have been doing daily for agencies and client teams for ten years.

01

Page builds from design

Figma, PSD or a sketch turned into a pixel-faithful page in Divi or Elementor, with custom CSS wherever the builder runs out.

02

Responsive and CSS fixes

Breakpoint problems, overflow, spacing drift and small JavaScript tweaks across desktop, tablet and mobile.

03

Maintenance and QA

Core, theme and plugin updates, backups, staging checks, troubleshooting and the daily queue that keeps live sites alive.

04

Migrations and hosting

Moving sites between hosts, plus DNS, SSL, domain pointing and Cloudflare configuration, without breaking email or SEO.

05

Performance basics

PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals checks, image compression, caching setup and the small wins that move the numbers.

06

Tracking and analytics

Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console — installed, verified and reporting something a marketing team can actually use.

07

AI, where it earns its place

Assistants that answer from the site's own content, drafting tools, and AI in my own build workflow — adopted where it makes the work better, left out where it does not.

Selected work

Three US clients,
three different builds.

All three are American clients, delivered through an agency: I take the approved design and build it — structure, page-builder sections, custom CSS and the details that only surface on a real device. Two run on WordPress, one in Divi and one in Elementor; the third is a Webflow build, which is noted as such below.

01

Andrew T. Thomas, Attorneys at Law

Immigration law · Texas, United States

WordPressElementorUS clientBilingual
Andrew T. Thomas, Attorneys at Law website homepage
Scope

An immigration practice that has to speak to families and to businesses at once, in two languages, with a free consultation always one tap away — while still carrying practice areas, locations, resources and a client portal.

My role

Implementation of the approved design: header and navigation, the hero and practice-area sections, the language switcher, the consultation call-to-action path and the responsive behaviour.

Built with

WordPress with Elementor for the page sections, plus custom CSS for the pieces the builder could not reach cleanly.

Evidence

Delivered through an agency. Live site.

02

Will Marlow Agency

Performance marketing agency · Washington DC, United States

WordPressDiviUS clientLead generation
Will Marlow Agency website homepage
Scope

An agency selling five services at once — paid search, SEO, content, CRO and marketing automation — with a free audit as the entry point. The page has to explain all five without becoming a wall of text, and keep that form in reach from anywhere.

My role

Page build in Divi from the approved design: service sections, the audit form and the email capture, the type scale, and the responsive behaviour down to phone width.

Built with

WordPress 6.9 with the Divi builder, so the client edits their own copy and sections without touching code.

Evidence

Delivered through an agency. Live site.

SPM Communications

Public relations agency · United States

WebflowGSAP motionUS client
SPM Communications website homepage
Scope

A PR agency named one of America's best by Forbes needed a site that reads as an editorial statement rather than a brochure: one oversized sentence doing the work of a hero, and quiet confidence everywhere after it.

My role

Implementation of the approved design in Webflow — the type treatment, the scroll-driven sequences, the section structure and the responsive breakpoints.

Built with

Webflow with GSAP and ScrollTrigger for the motion. This one is not a WordPress build; it is the exception on this page and is tagged as such.

Evidence

Delivered through an agency. Live site.

Also shipped

Twenty-four sites,
twenty industries.

Immigration and family law, criminal defence, public relations, 3D visualisation, senior care, manufacturing, healthcare, fitness, interiors, apparel, coaching, furniture, real estate, food retail, moving services, gaming rental and art. Tiles marked archived link to a Wayback copy of the version delivered, because the client has since rebuilt.

Web applications

The kind of application
I build for clients.

Custom web applications are where design and engineering have to agree. These five are working examples, not mockups: each has its own brand, its own data model and its own interaction model, and each is written by hand in HTML, CSS and JavaScript — no frameworks, no build step, no templates. Open any of them and use it.

They were built with AI in the loop for speed. The architecture, the design decisions and every line that ships are mine — the same way a site gets built, just with a faster hand on the keyboard.

01

SIZZLE.

Fast-food ordering · dark and high-energy

Open live prototype
sizzle.app / order SIZZLE ordering screen with the menu and cart Hover to scroll · click to open

Ordering food is a solved flow, which is exactly what makes it hard to make interesting: the steps are fixed and the user is impatient. I built the whole path — photo menu, sizes and extras that reprice live, a cart that keeps up, and a checkout that ends in an animated order tracker — to find out how much personality a familiar flow can carry before clarity suffers.

What's in it
12-item menu, live pricing, cart, checkout, animated order tracking
Design direction
Warm near-black with flame and acid accents; Anton display against Outfit
Built with
Hand-written HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript — no framework, no build step
02

SNOOT.

Veterinary & grooming practice dashboard · light and warm

Open live prototype
snoot.clinic / today SNOOT practice dashboard with the day's appointments Hover to scroll · click to open

A practice dashboard has to answer one question before the first client walks in: what needs attention today? I designed the answer as a board of appointments with live statuses, patient records one tap away, team load and the vaccinations that are about to lapse — then wrote it so changing a status actually ripples through the numbers above.

What's in it
Appointment board with a status flow, patient records, team load, revenue by day
Design direction
Cream and coral; Fraunces against Nunito Sans
Built with
Hand-written HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript
03

COVERS.

Restaurant floor & seating · dark and elegant

Open live prototype
covers.restaurant / floor COVERS restaurant floor plan with table statuses Hover to scroll · click to open

Most restaurant software looks like a spreadsheet with a floor plan bolted on. I wanted the room itself to be the interface: fourteen tables whose fill colour tells you the status from across the pass, the night's book beside it, and covers by the hour so the kitchen can see the shape of service. Seat, hold, reset and close are one tap each.

What's in it
Live floor plan, seat/hold/reset/close actions, reservation book, hourly covers
Design direction
Espresso and brass; Playfair Display against Jost
Built with
Hand-written HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript
04

STOCKROOM.

Retail inventory control · light business software

Open live prototype
stockroom.app / inventory STOCKROOM inventory table with stock levels and reorder points Hover to scroll · click to open

Inventory tools live or die on density and trust: the figures have to be scannable and the status has to be unmistakable. This one is built around a single table with stock meters and reorder points, with suggested orders, category values and movement alongside it — and a drawer that lets you receive stock without ever leaving the page.

What's in it
Filterable table, column sorting, suggested orders, receive-stock drawer, movement chart
Design direction
Near-white with an indigo accent; Inter, IBM Plex Mono for figures
Built with
Hand-written HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript
05

TEMPO.

Training companion · neon and high-energy

Open live prototype
tempo.fit / today TEMPO training app home screen and live workout player Hover to scroll · click to open

The hard part of a workout app is the ninety seconds you are actually using it — sweating, one thumb, phone on the floor. So the centrepiece is a live player: a real running clock, set markers that fill as you log, rest periods that drain a ring you can read from across the room, and a summary written from what you actually did rather than what the plan said.

What's in it
Weekly programme, live workout player with a real timer, set logging, session summary
Design direction
Cool near-black with electric cyan and magenta; Archivo Black against Manrope
Built with
Hand-written HTML, CSS and vanilla JavaScript

How I work

Ten years of keeping
client sites alive.

Four and a half years at Constellation Marketing as the person who built pages and then kept them running — 30+ live websites, migrations, DNS, SSL, Cloudflare, tracking and the daily queue of small fixes. Before that, agency work at Student Marketing Agency and nearly eight years of freelance projects on Upwork, where I earned Top Rated status.

Most recently I founded and led Dnevnica.rs, a two-sided marketplace for workers and employers in Serbia, where I owned product strategy and UX and worked with a contracted developer on the build.

WordPress is still the core of what I do, and it is where most client work lands. Around it I build the rest: custom applications when a site needs to do more than pages, AI features wired into WordPress when a client can use them, and AI in my own workflow to get there faster. New tooling gets adopted when it earns its place — and dropped when it does not.

What you get

  • Someone who reads the brief, asks the two questions that matter, then gets on with it.
  • Clean handover — staging first, a short note on what changed, no surprise edits on live.
  • Comfort with both sides: the design file and the hosting panel.
  • English at an advanced level; comfortable in written async communication.
  • Based in Novi Sad, Serbia — CET, overlapping a full European workday and the US morning.
  • Honest about limits: when something needs a senior PHP developer, I say so.

Next step

Tell me what is sitting
in your backlog.

Send me a page that needs building, a site that needs fixing, or a role description. I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
